Woops!
So... this was my setup in my room whilst still in Boston. It's pretty much the same setup now that I'm home, but I'd rather be here than there again. I hope I get some means to record me mixing, but that's a bit of a longshot. Regardless, it's humble beginnings!

The video that planted the Seed
After finding 80kidz on iTunes Japan, I looked for their performances on youtube. To my delight, I stumbled upon a series of videos which revealed some of the mysteries behind dj-ing. I always enjoyed the transition from the (although slightly offbeat) cymbal-like crashes to the dope nintendo-esque intro tune. This must have been what was laid in my subconscious that led to my dj-ing obsession.
I believe this video is what started it all.
